Welcome to our holiday cottage, which we have recently converted from a traditional barn, adjacent to the old farm parlour.

Approximately twenty years ago, the house and barn were updated and a swimming pool was constructed in the barn, which was used by all the villagers and close neighbours.

We moved to Philham in 2007 and have spent the last two years modernising the house and more recently, converting the barn. We are now open for business and are welcoming  guests to our B & B in Great Philham House, and also of course to enjoy a wonderful countryside holiday in our holiday cottage.

The holiday cottage, which has lovely countryside views, has been converted to an extremely high standard, with en suite to all three bedrooms. The accommodation offers two large 1st floor rooms, each with a King Size double and a separate single bed. Downstairs you will find a large twin bedroom, with en suite Jack and Jill bathroom.

 There is an open plan Lounge and Dining area with feature wood burning stove. The large, well appointed kitchen is also open plan and boasts all the modern facilities. Outside you will find a private courtyard, off road parking and access to our paddock.
