Welcome to Great Philham House B&B and the Parlour Holiday Cottage near Hartland.

Following two years of sympathetic modernisation and renovation we are pleased to open our doors to those who wish to Bed and Breakfast in the Hartland Peninsular, North West Devon area and enjoy the beautiful Hartland countryside.

We are a small, welcoming family, running our B&B in a relaxed, friendly and informal manner.  So if you would like to experience the "Devon Life", particularly in the Hartland area, we would be delighted to have you as our guests.

Our B&B is situated in the heart of the Hartland Peninsular, approximately 1.5 miles from the charming village of Hartland and 2 miles from Hartland Quay, with its spectacular views and stunning coastal footpath.

The B&B offers two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with their own private bathroom or shower room. For full details please see the B&B page.

Our converted barn is available for small and large parties and can sleep up to eight people. It is available throughout the year, although rates and availability vary according to the season.

Nearby you will find local beaches, numerous eateries and plenty to entertain the whole family. If you are new to the West Country or returning for another visit, you won't be disappointed with our B&B in this beautiful country location.
