Following two years of sympathetic modernisation and renovation we are pleased to open our doors to those who wish to B&B holiday in North West Devon and enjoy the beautiful Hartland countryside.

We are a small, welcoming family, running our  B&B in a relaxed, friendly and informal manner.  So if you would like to experience the "Devon Life", particularly in the Hartland area, we would be delighted to have you as our guests.

Our B&B is situated in the heart of the North West Devon Countryside, approximately 1.5 miles from the charming village of Hartland and 2 miles from Hartland Quay, with its spectacular views and stunning coastal footpath.

Nearby you will find local beaches, numerous eateries and plenty to entertain the whole family. If you are new to the West Country or returning for another visit, you won't be disappointed with our B&B in this beautiful country location.
